ESS has emerged as a leader in electronic access control. From entry level access control to larger full enterprise security systems, ESS can meet your needs for secure access, lockdown, and overall security in your environment.

ESS was founded by Dale N. Padjen. He has over 30 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of locking systems. The ESS staff has over 20 years in the electronic security industry. ESS serves clients and industries including commercial, education and financial institutions, government, apartment complexes and airport facilities. With offices in Chicago and Milwaukee and installations across the country, ESS can support you anywhere.

 

 

Timothy J. Padjen, Sales Engineer, is the newest member of the ESS team.

Tim brings over 20 years of experience in project management, lean engineering, and purchasing in the security lock and transportation industries,11 of those years

specifically in the lock industry. Tim has a degree from the University of Milwaukee and is well-versed in implementing methods for cost savings, improving production processes,  product development, and labor utilization. His expertise in manufacturing, assembly and installation will help ESS continue to grow, while his sales and customer service knowledge will enhance service for existing and new customers. He will be bringing on more experienced professionals to expand the ESS team this year. Tim is looking forward to meeting and working with you.
